The Cabin is an apartment situated in Packet Quays, Falmouth, just along the waterfront from the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club and close to the town's main shopping centre.

Commanding superb elevated river views, this is an ideal location for any time of the year and you could spend hours just gazing out at the ever changing scene of yachts, pleasure boats and fishing vessels.

The apartment is comfortably furnished, and has river views from all windows.

Accommodation

• Bedroom is equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
  
• Kitchen is fitted with a range of base and eye level cupboards and contains a ''Smeg '' cooker, four plate hob unit with extractor hood, microwave and refrigerator.
  
• The bathroom has a three-piece suite comprising toilet, wall mounted hand basin, tiled bath with shaver point and a shower unit.

There is private parking for one car in the garage opposite.

All heating, electricity and bed linen are included in the charge.

Less than 2 minutes walk from the Packet Quays will take you to Falmouth's main street, with its very interesting variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

There are many superb beaches within easy reach and you can enjoy boat trips along the scenic Helford River and the Fal to the Cathedral City of Truro or St Mawes just across the bay.
