Two fully equipped houses, available all year, with magnificent sea views from most windows, and a short walk to the historic centre of Port Isaac. Each house sleeps up to six people, has two car parking spaces, a garden down to the coastal path and a secluded patio.

Set on the headland in Port Isaac, both houses offer a comfortable and modern base from which to walk easily into the centre of Port Isaac, or to swim in the cove at Port Gaverne. A short drive away are Tintagel, Polzeath, Rock and Wadebridge. Both houses have two car parking spaces, so there are no worries about parking at the end of a day out.

TARIFF 2009

Rental prices for each house for a week, which include electricity from £325 to £850 Per week 1 Overcliff - Saturday changeover 2 Overcliff - Friday changeover

Each house has:

• 3 bedrooms - one double and two twins
• 1 upstairs bathroom with WC
• 1 downstairs shower room with WC
• Well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine
• Dining area as part of kitchen
• Sitting room with views out to sea, open fire and colour tv and video
• Garden with views of the sea (and a chance to see the sun setting over the sea), plus more secluded patio behind the house.
• Well behaved dogs welcome.
