Rates are from £75 to £78 per double room based on two persons sharing with breakfast. A deposit of £50 per room is required when confirming a reservation in advance of stay. (Deposits are non-returnable). Cheques should be made payable to Ocean Rooms Ltd. Rooms are ready by 2pm on arrival day,check in time is arranged before stay. Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10.30am. Children over 12 years welcome.. The Ocean Rooms is a non-smoking establishment. Ocean Rooms has no private parking facilities. Access to the Ocean Rooms is via a long staircase due to the elevated position of the rooms. Please take this into consideration if you are in anyway less able.

Breakfast is served downstairs at the Ocean Grill Restaurant between 9 - 10 am.

The views from the restaurant are just magnificent as those from our rooms. We also offer our guests a 10% discount if they choose to dine at the Ocean Grill when staying at the Ocean Rooms.

You can reach St Ives by car, rail or by air via Newquay Airport. The railway station is just five minutes walk away, to find us simply walk to the harbour, if the sea is to your right walk along the harbourside until you see the distinctive blue and white Ocean Grill/Rooms property on your left.

As well as lazy days beach combing, breathtaking coastal walks or simply taking in the culture and history of this ancient fishing port, there is plenty more to see and do.
