The oasis guesthouse and its new owner has started a refurbishment of the property, please take time to look at our new pictures. We are conveniently located in Falmouth, part of the Cornish Riviera known for its mild sub tropical climate.

We are well positioned between the town, harbour, beaches, coastal path and the marinas. The railway station is only a short walk away.

We provide an ideal base for a Cornish holiday, offering quality bed and breakfast. Our facilities on based on ground and first floor, most with ensuite facilities and off road parking. We now provide 6 letting rooms. Single, twin, double and family rooms. We have recently undergone new inspection with the AA and gained a 3 Star rating.

Falmouth has three main sandy beaches and attractive sub tropical gardens. The town itself is a delight with its narrow streets and boasts many restaurant catering for all tastes including of course seafood and Cornish Fayre
