Accommodation
- Nuthatch is on one level and its open plan style offers easy
access. It has full central heating and pinewood flooring throughout.
- The sitting room has a vaulted ceiling, and there is a digital
TV with DVD and CD/radio plus a small library of DVDs and CDs.
- The bedroom is ensuite, with double sized shower.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, built in oven,
hob and fridge with freezer compartment. Nuthatch has its own
water supply.
- Heating, gas and electricity all included.
- All bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own
beach towels.
- Nuthatch is surrounded by its own decking area, accessed via
French doors from the sitting room, which lead you out into the
main garden. The decking features a seating area plus facilities
for barbecues.
Local Area & Attractions
Nuthatch offers an away from it all holiday whilst being an excellent
touring center for the whole of Cornwall.
There are many attractions within a short drive. Nuthatch offers
easy access to both the north and south coasts of Cornwall. The
towns of Padstow, Polzeath, Bude and the famous Fistral surfing
beaches of Newquay are just a short drive away.
To the south you are able to visit the historic fishing village
of Polperro and the neighbouring town of Looe with its harbour and
safe family beach.
Along the coast are the historic port of Charlestown, complete
with shipwreck museum and collection of old sailing ships in the
harbour. The picturesque ports of Fowey and Mevagissey both provide
an excellent day out, with a ferry service between them in the summer
months.
