Accommodation comprises of:

• 1 large double bedroom with large luxurious en-suite with free standing 'boat' bath and double walk-in shower,
• 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite,
• 1 double bedroom with double bed with separate large family bathroom (all with plasma TV's, Freeview and DVD players.
• There is also a twin bedroom with Captains bed (ideal for children).
• All bathrooms supplied with a small selection of luxury toiletries.
• Large kitchen/breakfast room with separate utility room fully equipped with Neff and Zanussi appliances.
• A Welcome Grocery Pack is provided consisting of tea (inc. fruit/herbal), coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, cereal, bread, butter, jam, marmalade and biscuits (all Cornish produce where possible).
  
• Lounge/dining room (open plan) with 42' plasma TV, Sky +, DVD player and radio/CD player. (Library of CD's and DVD's for your entertainment available).
• Log burner (1 bag of logs supplied).
• All upstairs rooms fitted with quality carpeting (slippers provided for your comfort) and most downstairs rooms fitted with top quality oak flooring.

Outside:
Gated driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles, walled Japanese garden with garden lighting, barbecue and garden furniture. Fully equipped gym with TV and Video (persons under 16 not permitted to use any gym equipment).

Manaccan is a unique historic village that is unusual in the facilities that it has to offer. There is a shop/Post Office, gourmet restaurant, thatched pub, Norman church, 2 all weather tennis courts, children's play area and playing field, all within a 2 minute walk from Number 7even.
