Notter Mill - Almost on the Devon / Cornwall border it is an ideal base for activities and visiting the best of both Devon and Cornwall has to offer. The fast road links from London and the Midlands (4 hours ) means that you can start a relaxing holiday or short break at any time of the year.
Notter Mill's beauty and tranquillity does not end when winter begins. The secluded setting of Notter Mill is only half a mile away from the A38 and so only a short journey from the rest of the South-west.

three Cornish Bungalow that have been designed to meet the needs of parties
including wheelchair users.

Each
detached Danish-built bungalow has colour TV, fully equipped kitchen complete
with microwave, night storage heaters, open coal fires, separate toilet
and bathroom and outside a private furnished patio with BBQ and parking
for one vehicle, between the bungalows are large open spaces of lawn.
Three bungalows have been adapted to meet the needs of wheelchair users within groups of able-bodied guests. These bungalows have a combined toilet and walk in shower. We provide a shower chair for use in the shower. Wheelchair access to the kitchen, lounge, dining area and double bedroom. Again there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The park is virtually level and so suitable for wheelchair users. Please feel free to telephone and discuss your specific requirements.
Special conditions may apply to all-male; all-female or young mixed groups Please check at the time of booking. Well-behaved pets are welcome at Notter Mill in most of the bungalows.
We do however have several pet free bungalows.
