Situated on the small holding of 'Noongallas
Farm', in a truly beautiful and tranquil location & enjoying outstanding
far reaching views, these charming and quirky apartments are a delight!
Built in the 17th Century, Noongallas Cottage has been
creatively and skilfully converted by local craftsman and artists to create
two spacious, light and character apartments.

Noongallas Farm
Being just a 10 minute drive to numerous sandy beaches
and situated in an area of outstanding beauty in the heart of the countryside,
with tracks and trails quite literally on your doorstep - the very ancient
'Chysauster iron age Village', Ding Dong mine ,men-an-tol, Mulfra Quoit,
The Nine Maidens - the list goes on
Escape from it all
. Family adventure, Romantic retreat,
Walkers paradise and Mountain bikers dream - it really will appeal to
all.
Noongallas Farm is
at the end of a mile and half long unmade lane off the village of Gulval
which
offers a post office, village stores & newsagents. The local pub in
Gulval Churchtown offers superb choice of menu using local produce and
a fine selection of ales.
The market town of Penzance
it is just 3 miles away. Lands End,
Sennen (white sandy beach with
superb surf!) and Porthcurnoe,
home to the famous Minack theatre
and a beautiful beach in one direction and Marazion-
home to St Michael's Mount, St
Ives, The Lizard and The
Cathedral City of Truro in another it's the ideal base to explore the
West of Cornwall.
Noongallas Farm is no longer a working farm, however it
does have a couple of resident Hens, a cockerel and an array of cats &
dogs. The Farm also offers camping in neighbouring fields during the warmer
season.
Both apartments enjoy filtered water via its own natural
spring, electric heating and solid fuel stoves.
All fuel is provided along with a super welcome pack of tea, coffee, cheese,
bread, milk, fruit juice and wine. You my also receive a number of fresh
free range eggs, laid by the resident hens although this is subject to
'laying'!
ACCOMMODATION
Both apartments offer the same quirky and comfortable surroundings
with mod cons.
Blazes Stable: the
larger of the two apartments as it has the added benefit of a beautiful
conservatory with table and chairs, sofa and Piano, leading out on to
a sunny garden enjoying countryside views.
Martins Place:
enjoys a large rooftop terrace and superb far reaching countryside and
distant sea views from the terrace and all windows.

Sitting area: Solid fuel
stove, ample comfortable seating, T.V, digi box and DVD, Bookcase
with a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment during
your stay. Windows with window seats enjoying views of the surrounding
countryside.

Dining area: Large wooden
dining table, wooden church pew and 4 dining chairs. Window looking
on to the surrounding countryside.

Kitchens: Well equipped
& quirky hand crafted kitchens, offering Cooker, Microwave, toaster,
Kettle, fridge with ice box and washing machine.

crafted double bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobes
