Nohens is a terraced Edwardian Town House situated in a quiet road about 500 yards from the Harbour. The House has been completely modernised and stylishly refurbished.

On the ground floor a hallway opens into an open plan L shaped kitchen/dining room with double doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is well fitted out with an extensive range of working surfaces with cupboards below and wall cupboards above. There is a separate comfortable sitting room with TV, fireplace and settees.

Off the rear hall there is a cloakroom, whilst upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Electricity is included.

The enclosed rear garden has recently been landscaped, and includes tables, chairs and a Summerhouse.
