There are at least 4 glorious beaches within a stone's throw - truly a beach lover/surfers/walkers paradise[+ you are only 2 mins away from the South West Coast path which runs by Porthmeor beach].

It has a raised sleeping platform at the far end, with a separate staircase, leading upto a king-size bed. It also has a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has full gas central heating, with a gas combi boiler providing instant hot water and power shower. Linen, gas and electricity are included. Open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge etc, leading into a spacious dining area, with seating for upto 4 in comfort. Lounge area complete with a quality double sofa bed, two leather sofas, full size colour TV / video / DVD & Freeview, radio/CD player, together with built in wardrobe and drawers. A lovely separate shower room, complete with shaving point, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and power shower.
