The Lizard Peninsula is an area
of Special Scientific Interest and a designated
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Almost an island surrounded
on three sides by the sea and the fourth by the Helford River, only a
tiny strip of land connects the Lizard to the rest of Cornwall. Whether
you enjoy walking, visiting sandy coves and beaches or travelling a little
further afield to St Michael’s Mount, Land’s End or St Ives, there is
always plenty to see and do. If the weather is a little inclement then
there are the rides at Flambard’s, the Seal Sanctuary, Poldark Mine and
many Tropical Gardens to visit and all within a 20 min. drive

All holiday 'cottages' we stay at, as a family we vote
them out of 10! Unfortunately this property only warrants 12/10!!! Nancherrow
is fantastic, spacious and very comfortable. Although the weather was mixed
we managed to use the balcony. The area is always a joy to visit. Thank
you for the starter pack it was much appreciated and welcoming especially
as it was my wife birthday. Howard/ Smith Falmilies, West Midlands
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancherrow, it is
a fantastic house. The sun shined a few times and we even managed a cream
tea on the balcony. Tancock Family - Swansea
As a family we always enjoy our holiday to Cornwall, however
this one really was exceptional. A TV in every room?! - we're not used
to this luxury! The house is beautiful and the view even more so. Grandad
especially enjoyed reading the 'welcome pack' which was very useful thanks.
We spent the whole holiday swimming, walking the dog, eating the local
Spar out of Cornish Pasties!! and enjoying many a cream tea. Thanks again
for a memorable holiday - Smudge (the dog) really enjoyed it too.
