This spacious detached house set in a stunning location with all rooms boasting fantastic views over Summerleaze beach, makes this an ideal base at any time of the year.

The property overlooks one of the few remaining working sea lock gates in Britain which were recently restored for the Millennium, so you may be lucky enough to watch a boat come in.

Munster cottage is just a 5 minute stroll from Bude town centre and its amenities. This part of the coast is very popular with water sports enthusiasts, walkers and those craving lovely beaches and a classic Cornish seaside holiday.

Westward Ho!, Clovelly, Padstow, St Ives and the North Cornwall Heritage Coast are all within an easy drive.

There is horse riding and a golf course nearby, with swimming and surfing in Bude. Boating, fishing and canoeing are available on the nearby waterway.

Bude also offers a range of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Splash leisure centre with indoor pool and ten pin bowling alley close by. Local shop and pub within 400 yards.
