Moylesfarm is located near to Polzeath beach and 5 minutes from Rock and Padstow on the beautiful North Cornish coast. The property lies hidden away in an idyllic and private location nestling in open farmland and yet is situated only 1½ miles from the surf at Polzeath.

With Rock and the ferry to Padstow only 5 minutes away and the rugged North Coast- South West Coastal path nearby you will not need to travel far to enjoy some of the most sought after spots in Cornwall.

With somewhere to stay and food to eat you will also find that moylesfarm is Ideally situated to enable guests to explore all that Cornwall offers, we are minutes from the surf at Polzeath, sailing and waterskiing at Rock, dining at and Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant in Padstow & the historic fishing village of Port Isaac (Port Wenn!).

Situated also within a mile of the most spectacular section of the South West Coast path between Trevose Head and Tintagel, local golf courses include Trevose & St Enodoc. A short car journey will take you to the now legendary Eden Project and surf capital of Europe - Newquay with its new culinary attraction Jamie Oliver's 15 Cornwall.

Shops and the sea only 1½ miles away, as are several pubs and restaurants. New local farm shop and restaurant has just opened up, ¾ mile away.

ACCOMMODATION

Mynford Cottage

Large front door leads into open plan living area with oak flooring and wood burning stove and stable door to the garden. Sofa bed for extra guests. TV /DVD player with free view digital TV. Solid oak dining table with seating for 6, next to open plan kitchen. Electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Loft stairs to mezzanine area and additional accommodation. Two single beds built in with Velux window above and a blackout blind. Access to this area is through a small hatch that adults have to crawl through!

Master bedroom has a super king-size bed (or twin beds by arrangement), the en suite shower room is off the main bedroom that has a large sized shower, sink, loo and heated towel rail. The property is centrally heated throughout, with a woodburning stove in the living room

Outside: Private South facing garden with uninterrupted views of open countryside & private parking for 2 cars, garden furniture and BBQ.

The Linhay

The Linhay sits in a quiet, secluded location overlooking open farmland yet within one and a half miles of Polzeath beach on the North Cornish Coast

An ingeniously converted “cart shed”, now provides contemporary, glass fronted, open plan “studio” accommodation with large living area, wood burning stove, kitchen and shower room. Centrally heated throughout, with most electrical appliances provided including large fridge, cooker and digital TV.

Outside: backs onto open farmland, private parking.
