The house is south facing, so the patio gets the sun in the early morning and throughout the day. In one corner of the sitting room is a delightful little cupboard bar. The rooms are light and spacious. The house is entered up steps from the parking area which is ample. There are lawns to the front, side and rear of the house and in one corner of the garden is a shed where visitors can store golf clubs, surf boards, bicycles etc. NB: One well trained dog

This room leads through to the well equipped kitchen which can also be accessed from the hall. Three bedrooms, 2 twin and 1 double (King size bed) on this level all have built in wardrobes, basins and dressing tables. The bathroom has bath with a shower over and WC. Next door to the bathroom is a separate WC. Downstairs there is a large twin bedded room and a single room, both with French doors opening onto the garden. There is a walk-in shower room with a power shower and basin and a separate WC. The utility area contains the washing machine and deep freeze and leads into a walk-in drying room.
