Moo Barn is a relaxing and beautiful luxury barn conversion
set peacefully at the end of a private lane, surrounded by organic farmland
in the heart of the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula. There are many easily
accessible, child friendly beaches nearby such as Caerhayes, Carne and
Pendower, where the sandy shores and picturesque scenery make it the perfect
place for a family day out in the Cornish sunshine.
Centrally located in the county the ideal place for a proper
Cornish holiday....close to the main holiday attractions such as The Lost
Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Nearby restaurants with a host
of different cuisines, adventure parks for the children and of course
the fantastic scenery that Cornwall provides, you will be spoilt for choice
for things to do...
Moo Barn is spacious accomodation which also feels cosy
and rustic, with exposed roof beams and the opportunity to relax in front
of a log fire. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, ( plus up to two
cots). Each of the three upstairs bedrooms, one kingsize, one double and
one twin has its own en-suite facilities either with shower and or bath
and there is a ground floor twin with it's own adjacent en-suite facilities
especially appealing to those who are less agile.
There is a large walled garden, well groomed and with comfortable
furniture, a safe place for the children to play and the adults to unwind
over a glass of wine and a barbeque during the long hot summer evenings.

Moo Barn - a great place for one family to really spread
out and enjoy - big enough for two families to share comfortably....
With plenty of parking space Moo Barn is centrally heated
to make even those out of season breaks feel cosy. There are three bedrooms
upstairs (two doubles and a twin) and one downstairs (twin), - the ideal
combination for families with children or for four couples who like the
privacy of a bathroom each. Moo Barn has proved very popular with families
bringing grandparents, who are happy to escape to the downstairs bedroom
!
The downstairs living space is purposefully open plan,
so no- one is left alone in the kitchen ....
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, range cooker with gas hobs and electric double oven and
all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc. so you
can easily prepare anything you choose.
For eating outdoors there is comfortable garden furniture
and a gas BBQ ready to go when you are.
The simple oak dining table seats up to eight people; ideal
for quick suppers or more leisurely dinner parties. ( highchair available
on request).
The sitting room area offers three comfortable settees
and an easy chair, ideal for enjoying the log burning stove, or relaxing
with a film ( DvD, freeview Tv, ).
Chestnut - The downstairs bedroom is arranged with
very comfortable twin beds, and has a French door onto the south facing
patio. It has a large shower room with heated towel rail, adjacent to
it. Views over the garden.
Oak - upstairs, is the Master Bedroom, which is
very large with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. The comfortable wooden
king size bed ensures most people the best ever nights sleep. This room
has a large shower ensuite with heated towel rail. Views over the garden
and to the wooded copse.
Beech - double bedroom with comfortable double bed,
exposed beams and vaulted ceiling, has a bath and separate shower en suite
with heated towel rail. Views over the garden.
Willow - large twin bedded room, with plenty of
extra space for cots, exposed beams and views over the garden and to the
drive way. Large ensuite bathroom, with bath and heated towel rail.
Laundry: everything you need - washer/dryer, iron
and board, clothes airer for inside and outside use. Outdoor expandable
washing line.
Tregony is a charming village set in the midst of rolling
countryside, within the Roseland Peninsula, close to the Eden Project,
Lost Gardens of Heligan and the fishing village of Mevagissey. Thanks
to Tregony's central location it is only a short drive to other notable
locations such as St Ives, Padstow, Newquay and nearby St Mawes.
Tregony has a Post Office, General Stores and hairdressers, not to mention
the local pub 'The Kings Arms', which welcomes people with a cosy bar,
separate dining areas and a small patio garden making it comfortable for
all the family, (childrens menu or even just smaller portions for the
smaller appetite), oh and the grubs great aswell!
Roseland is a truly beautiful
part of Cornwall, largely unspoilt and packed full of wonderful beaches,
you really are spoilt for choice. Great for beaches, sailing, walks, pubs....
