Molesworth Manor is a licensed guesthouse
in a former rectory dating from the early 17th Century.
It is situated in an attractive garden,
2 miles from the pretty fishing port of Padstow and provides comfortable
relaxed accommodation with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Molesworth Manor is conveniently located for a wide range
of activities and attractions.
For the actively minded, golfing, sailing, surfing, horse
riding, fishing, walking and cycling along the Camel Trail are all available
in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Other attractions include sandy beaches, the Eden Project
and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The surrounding area also has excellent
restaurants, bistros and pubs. We are happy to provide further information
on request.
All
the rooms are centrally heated and enjoy splendid views of open countryside.
Guests may relax in the drawing room, the library or the T.V. morning
room all of which have open fires in the colder weather. Ample parking
is provided.
Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis, with breakfast consisting
of a variety of fruits, fruit juices, cereals, yoghourts, hams, cheeses
and toasts together with a daily special. Molesworth Manor is licensed
and provides a selection of wines, spirits and beers which can be enjoyed
in the house or the grounds.
Molesworth Manor is open to guests between February and October, and by
arrangement during the remaining months of the year. It is possible to
book the entire Manor for conferences, weddings and special occasions.
Please contact us via e-mail or telephone to discuss.

barn in the courtyard of Molesworth Manor which sleeps six on a self-catering
basis.
It retains many original features including wooden beams and slate floors
and has been decorated in an elegant and modern style.

Sleeping accommodation consists of three bedrooms all
of which can be configured as twin or double rooms. All of the bedrooms
are en-suite, one having a bath and fixed shower, the other two being
'wet rooms' with walk-in showers. All have built-in wardrobes with plenty
of storage space.
The solid-beech fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge,
microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The large lounge/diner contains a 4 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa-bed,
a dining table and chairs for six. A large colour TV and video are provided
as well as a log-burning stove for the winter months. The whole cottage
is centrally-heated. Linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
Storage space for bikes, surf-boards etc is available and an outside tap
