Rock and the Camel Estuary

It is an ideal and safe family holiday home with a totally enclosed fenced garden and driveway. A style from the small garden leads to the footpath to the foreshore at Porthilly Cove (about 10mins).
The Post Office and newsagent are about a 3 minute walk and the main food shops including butcher, fishmonger, bakery and Spar are only a 10 minute walk.

Rock is on the Camel Estuary which is sheltered from the Atlantic swell making it ideal for all watersports. There are plenty of sandy beaches nearby, and at low tide you can walk from Porthilly Cove across Rock Beach to Daymer Bay and then onto Polzeath, the famous surfing beach via the costal path.

Padstow is easily accessible by the Black Tor Ferry during the day and a water taxi at night.

Activities nearby include: golf (St Enodoc Golf Club and Roserrow Golf Club) sailing, waterskiing, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, bycycling along the Camel Trail, scuba diving and gig rowing.
