We are centrally situated on the south coast of Cornwall in the St Austell Bay at the lovely Village of Pentewan and close to the historic fishing village of Mevagissey. We are about (approx. 2 ½ miles) away from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the world famous Eden Project (approve 8 miles away)

The sandy beach of Pentewan is about a 5 min level walk away from us along with the Pentewan Valley Cycle trail and the South West Coastal Path (about 2 min walk away).

You can try your hand at Diving with the Dive centre next door. Other Watersports and fishing also available locally. Pentewan has a pub called The Ship Inn which does good pub food and next to us there is a restaurant called the School House. There are also some little gift shops. There are an abundance of good eateries in Mevagissey itself and surrounding Villages.

We also have some on site facilities which are:

• There is also plenty of free parking space on site.

The Accommodation

These flats self-contained units, which sleeps up to 4 persons.

• There is a kitchen area including a microwave, full size cooker, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
  
• A living area with colour freeview T.V. and double bed settee.
  
• 2-6" bunk bed curtained off from living area.
  
• A dining area.
• Each unit has duvets and pillows provided and Double and Single linen packs can be hired.
  
• There is a separate Bathroom with bath and separate Toilet.
  
• They are comfortably furnished.
• Towels are not provided. Please ensure you bring your own!
