Messack Farm is in a spectacular location on the Roseland Peninsula being on a promontory between St. Just Creek on one side and the safe sailing waters of the Carrick Roads on the other.

The surrounding countryside is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty whilst the Carrick Roads and St. Just Creek are Special Areas of Conservation and the shoreline is designated National Heritage Coast. A haven for walkers, bird watchers and country lovers. Plenty of room for children to safely run free.

Each cottage has its own spacious, enclosed terrace with BBQ & furniture and has shared access to a large lawned area. Washing machines and a tumble dryer are located in a shared access, spacious utility room along with extra deep freeze, rubbish bins and recycling boxes.

Facilities and services for both cottages include electricity, gas fires, oil-fired central heating, towels, travel cot, high chair. Bed linen and duvets.

Cottages available to non-smokers only.
Regret no pets.

Self-catering tariff £400 - £800 pw

Karadow Cottage sleeps 6 + travel cot and has a light and spacious open plan living room with timber flooring and colourful rugs. There are 2 comfortable sofas and arm chairs and a cast iron coal effect gas stove takes the chill off Autumn evenings. The cottage also has full central heating. There is Digital TV with DVD & VHS player and a portable radio.

The Kitchen is very well equipped and includes a fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven as well as the standard electric oven & hob. There is a downstairs toilet, wash basin and electric power shower.

Bedrooms are furnished with mellow pine furniture and are fully carpeted.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and ample room for a travel cot etc.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

All linen supplied. Towels – not for beach use! Travel cot included. Bathroom with bath and over-bath power shower, W.C. and Washbasin. Electric shaver point.

Arrival and Departure: Saturdays.
Available from 3pm. Cottage to be vacated by 10am. on departure day.
