Helston town.
Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard including TV, Freeview,
DVD, Video & CD & radio.
Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor:
Large sunny porch entrance with plenty of space for coats and boots also
room for cycles if you wish to bring them
Lounge -
Spacious carpeted lounge with comfy leather sofas and a traditional granite
fireplace, complete with a log burner for cosy nights in.
Kitchen Diner -
Bright & clean with all essentials including Gas cooker, fridge, kettle,
toaster and microwave.
We also supply little extras like washing up liquid, soap, cloths &
tea towels.
Upstairs:
Beamed attic bedroom with en - suite shower room, electric shower, toilet
and basin.
Double bed with feather duvet (or lightweight for Summer months if preferred)
and freshly laundered bedding and towels provided.
TV, DVD & freeview, hairdryer. Ample storage for your clothes.
Rural views including Helston & the Lizard, Goonhilly
and the sea beyond.
Outside:
There is a lawned garden area with a picnic bench and barbecue and plenty
of space to park your car.
- Price is inclusive of all bills, Electric, Gas, heating etc, however
logs for the log burner are not included.
- Bed linen, towels, beach towels & tea towels are provided.
- Washing machine facility available on request.
- Well behaved dogs / pets accepted by prior arrangement please.
Helston and The Lizard Peninsula
Merther Annex is well situated for visiting many local
attractions such as Flora day on 8th May and RNAS Culdrose Airday in August.
Others include the beautiful Trevarno Estate, which is within walking
distance, Godolphin House which now belongs to the National Trust, Goonhilly
and Have fun at the Flambards Aeropark.
We are 5 minutes away from the wonderful, popular fishing port of Porthleven
boasting fantastic pubs and restaurants and slightly further down the
coast is Praa sands a surfing beach, ideal for all beach activities (in
the summer season you can hire canoes, body boards, surf boards etc).
Down the hill into Helston a busy market town with great pasty shops,
pubs (real ale lovers try the Blue Anchor) super eateries and an amazing
local museum.
It's an ideal base for Coastal walking or
just relaxing around and about.
Owners live on site in adjoining property
and whilst at all times respecting your privacy are always on hand if
required.
