Melyn Cottage (accommodates 8 + cot) The rural location is relaxing providing walks around the land (stock permitting). Nearby access to excellent roads makes exploring the area simple. Sandy beaches and wind swept dunes at Perranporth are a short car trip away, perfect for surfing, sandcastles, BBQs or bracing walks. The Cathedral city of Truro and the creeks and beaches of the Roseland Peninsular are within easy reach.

ACCOMMODATION

The property is wonderfully spacious with the huge first floor open-plan living room with TV/DVD. Wonderful kitchen and dining areas complete with warming woodburner providing a delightful gathering place. The double bedroom on this floor has an en-suite shower room (also accessed from the living room) while another double and both twin bedrooms on the ground floor have en-suite facilities.
