From Falmouth quays, small ferries run sightseeing trips to Flushing, St. Mawes, the Helford river and Daphne du Maurier's 'Frenchman's Creek' and up the river Fal to the cathedral city of Truro.

Gyllygdune Manor is an attractive brand new development completed in late 2010, close to The Princess Pavilion. Our apartment is on the ground floor, on one level and is accessed via 4 steps, (or there is a lift).
The balcony overlooks a private lawned area, with sea views
dependant on vegetation and season. Our private car parking space is conveniently
located at the front of the main building.

Modern Top Floor Penthouse Apartment with Sea view
The apartments at Melville Court , which are in a garden
setting, are approached through double gates. Our apartment is on the
top floor, hence you have good sea views.
Within the grounds we have our own private car parking space.
There's a lift and then stairs up to the apartment. The
living space is open and airy with an arched panoramic window and glass
door, this leads to a sheltered balcony on which there is a table and
chairs so you can enjoy the sea view.

opening on to the balcony, furnished with table and chairs.
- Dining area- Dining table and chairs.
- Bedroom 1 - Kings size bed, ample storage and TV. En-suite
- WC, shower and basin.
Bedroom 2 -Two single beds and ample storage.
