'The Chalet' at Mellowvean is near St Agnes, ideally located for visiting Mid and West Cornwall, the Eden Project and beaches. The chalet is the only one at Mellowvean and it is located in a quiet, secluded spot with it's own self contained, private lawn, It has all the usual facilities, linen/towels are provided and there is ample off-road parking.

Accommodation

'The Chalet' is situated in peaceful surroundings approximately 50 yards from the house down a sloping path.

The accommodation comprises a spacious entrance porch (lots of room for shoes and hanging coats etc.), a kitchen/diner/lounge area, a separate bedroom and a shower room with flush toilet and wash handbasin.

The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed in the bedroom and a double bed/settee in the lounge. Duvets, pillows, towels and bedlinen are all provided. The large bedroom includes a wardrobe and a chest of drawers to give generous storage space.

The facilities are all electric and they include a cooker, microwave, fridge, water heater, electric heating and a colour television / DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is ample off-road parking near the house.

Mellowvean - Mithian - St. Agnes

Mellowvean is about a quarter of a mile from the village of Mithian, one of the oldest villages in Cornwall. The friendly local pub, the Miners Arms, does good food.

The village of Mithian is ideally situated for visiting Mid and West Cornwall. It is 5 minutes from St. Agnes, 10 minutes from Perranporth, 15 minutes from Truro and about half an hour from The Eden Project.

There is a choice of large beaches or small secluded coves both on the North and South coasts.
