Location
An inspirational, open rugged landscape with a unique magical
atmosphere, rich in ancient archaeological sites and natural history.
Footpaths, granite stiles and historic stone hedges traverse
meadows and peaceful lanes onto ancient tracks to the upland moor grazed
by ponies, cattle and sheep - often your only companions.
Brown Willy and Rough Tor - Comwall's two highest
tors can be reached from this side of the moor. Rough Tor has an extensive
Iron Age hill fort on the summit and a number of Bronze Age settlements.
Our location and direct easy access is excellent for walking and exploring
this beautiful area of Cornwall.
