Ground Floor:

This traditional style cottage has retained its charm but has all the modern comforts required for a luxury self catering holiday. It has a lounge with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and feature fire place. There is a separate dinning room and a very well equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a downstairs W.C. Stairs to:

First Floor:

Comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with lovely exposed eaves. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower cubical. The whole property benefits from central heating and all bed linen and towels are supplied.

Garden:

There is a spacious private terrace, well equipped with garden furniture, barbeque and lovely views over this picturesque village. The property also has off road parking.

Melbourne Cottage has lovely countryside views and is only a few hundred yards from the coastal path, harbour, shops and restaurants.

Boscastle is a picturesque village, it is an ideal holiday destination for exploring the North Cornish Coast. Its spectacular rugged cliffs, popular bathing and surfing beaches, various National Trust houses and gardens and the Eden Project are all within easy reach.

Renovated in 2008, this stunning converted coaching barn is ideally located in the heart of the historic village of Boscastle. Its pretty harbour, magnificent coastline, cosy pubs and good restaurants are all within easy walking distance. It is ideal for both couples and families who enjoy the quality and comfort this luxury property offers. Coach Cottage sleeps 4 and has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard.

Ground Floor: The old coaching barn has been transformed into an impressive, open plan living space, with beautiful views over the old village and rolling countryside beyond. The lounge area has solid oak floors, leather sofas, flat screen satellite television and french doors to the large private sun terrace. The dining area is also very well equipped. The brand new kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
