Set in the heart of Cubert, Mayfair is just 1½ miles from the beautiful bay at Holywell with its watering holes of St Pirans and Treguth Inn. Or alternatively, The Smugglers Den Inn can be found in the little hamlet of Trebellan.

On arrival a delicious Cornish Cream Tea awaits guests to Mayfair, you will also find an essential fridge pack, plus a complimentary bottle of wine.

Included also is a surprise goody bag, should your pet accompany you.

Accommodation

A private entrance leads into a hallway giving access into the well-equipped galley kitchen with full size electric cooker fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.

The Lounge/Dining Room is very well furnished with two comfortable armchairs and Freeview TV a small Hi-fi system, as well as a good selection of books.

The bedroom, which is located off the lounge, has a double bed with bedside cabinets and lights. There is a chest of drawers. A cupboard with plenty of hanging space for clothes plus extra shelving is located in the hallway.

The shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. also located off the hallway.

Portable heaters are provided, if required and in winter months CH is also available. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included.

Plenty of seating around the garden to sit in or out of the sun.

LOCATION

There are lovely coastal walks to Perranporth or towards Newquay taking in the local beaches of Polly Joke and Crantock. Many sandy Surfing Beaches and Fishing Harbours located on either coast. Golf courses including Pitch and Putt can be found in the area.

Places of interest such as the spectacular Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan together with N.T plus English Heritage properties and gardens are all within easy reach by road.

Farmers Markets Wednesday and Saturday can be found in the Cathedral City of Truro, which is approximately 10 miles. During the summer months Enterprise Boats run a river trip from Garras Warf or further up the river from Malpas (depending on the tide) to Falmouth and back.

• The garden at the back of the Flat has steps leading up to a higher level where the water feature and fishpond is situated, so would be unsuitable for young children.
• No smoking
• All bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels supplied F.O.C
• Accommodation available from Saturday to Saturday in season, alternative arrangements can be made at other times. Such as special breaks etc.
• Occupancy is available from 3. OOpm on day of arrival - Departure lO.OOam on day of leaving.
• 1 small pet would be welcome at the discretion of the owners; at an extra charge of £20 per week.
• We request that no pet be left unattended in the flat or garden during stay at Mayfair.
