Our Rooms
Each of our 18 bedrooms and suites is different, with an individual appeal and ambience: some have antique French sleigh beds, some have balconies from which to enjoy the river views, many have gorgeous views across the water to Polruan and out to sea. All are luxuriously well-appointed, all have generous ensuite bathrooms, remote control television, radio, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. Wireless Broadband internet access is available throughout the hotel and apartments.

We have a non-smoking policy in both the restaurant and rooms.

Each room has been individually furnished and decorated to create a unique, distinctive space. Most have king-size beds, and we have chosen the highest quality ‘Hypnos’ mattresses, feather pillows and luxurious Egyptian cotton linen to ensure a blissful night’s sleep.

Restaurant Nathan Outlaw
The centerpiece of the Marina Villa is the Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, Last year was certainly one to remember. The team not only scooped awards from the Good Food Guide and Michelin, but remains intact and is working hard to improve the overall customer experience. This year is an important and exciting one, with continued development to the menu and worthy additions to the wine list. I am working very hard with suppliers and small artisan producers to source consistently good and flavoursome ingredients. I enjoy working with forgotten,overlooked and sometimes unfashionable ingredients to produce memorable dishes with a difference. We, at Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, look forward to seeing customers old and new in 2008.

During the warmer months, there is nothing better than eating outside on our terrace at the water’s edge. A barbecue is one of the best ways to enjoy summer dining at the Marina Villa; Cornish seafood chargrilled to perfection and served with a glass of crisp, chilled white wine as the sun goes down – can there be a better way to end the day?

The Marina Villa Bar
Intimate, cosy and relaxed - unwinding over a drink or two at the Marina Villa Bar makes a great start or finish (or both!) to any evening. With over 120 different wines and champagnes and an extensive selection of malt whiskies, you’re bound to find old favourites and discover new delights.

Private Dining
For really special occasions, our private dining room adds an extra dimension to a celebratory meal. We will tailor the evening specifically to your wishes; after a consultation with you, Chris Eden will be happy to create a bespoke menu for your party. Seating up to 12, the dining room is stylish, comfortable and softly lit, creating a unique atmosphere that will ensure a memorable dinner or lunch. The dining room is also a great place in which to conduct meetings or small conferences, making a welcome change from the bland and corporate spaces most other hotels offer.

Breakfast
All our room rates include breakfast and we ensure that the first meal of the day at the Marina Villa is an event in itself. Breakfast here is a thoroughly indulgent banquet with so much to choose from, you won’t know where to begin. We apply the same attention to detail with our breakfasts as we do with any other meal in the Waterside Restaurant; they are freshly cooked to order using the finest fresh, local ingredients.
