5 min. walk to the 3 mile long fabulous sandy beach, voted one of the best bays in the world, Bucket of Blood pub, Bluff Inn, convenience shop, bus stop, enclosed play areas all close by, 10 mins walk along the harbour to the main shops in Hayle, 4 mins from the A30 which leads to all West Cornwall's attractions and beyond all from Manhattan.

Manhattan is a privately owned chalet which is continually updated by the owner, set in a cul de sac location so is very safe & quiet with an outdoor picnic table, two benches with centre table top to the front overlooking the beautiful sea views - also fold up chairs.

 

 

Manhattan is a detached privately owned chalet fully equipped to a high standard throughout sleeping 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. Wonderful views. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

  • Lounge with large picture window panoramic views of the coast & countryside, 3 settee's seats 7, coffee table, digital tv & dvd recorder, music center.

  • 3 Double Bedrooms (sleeps 6) all with sea views hanging space / wardrobe chest of draws, mirrors / full length mirror. all bed linen included in the price. All bedrooms have blackout lined curtain

  • Dining room with fabulous views consists of table, chairs, corner unit with board games & dvd's to watch, also books.

  • Kitchen has a full size cooker with a ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, iron/ironing board, spin drier, clothes horse, washing up liquid, j cloth, anti bac sprays etc provided, plenty of crockery & cutlery, saucepans etc.

  • Small lobby with shoe rack.

  • Shower room high standard very modern shower, basin with waterfall tap, 3 storage cupboard with 2 drawers lots of hooks and towel rails for 6 towels

Manhattan is used by the owner as her second home so has extras hairdryer, make up mirror, and the kitchen draw has the things you would have at home. Manhattan is equipped to a high standard throughout, has all the necessary safety checks, you will need 1 coins for the electric meter (approximately £7 for the week) .
