The guesthouse is located in an ideal location, just a 10 minute walk from Helston town centre and conveniently placed to explore Cornwall.

We have a private car park to the rear and at the front you will find our well-kept garden patio area where you can relax after a day of exploring some of Cornwall's most spectacular coastline or famous attractions, all of which are only a short drive away.

Our six guest bedrooms are finished to the quality standard that you would expect from a four star establishment and all are equipped with a digital Freeview colour television, radio alarm clock, telephone, toiletries, hairdryer, kettle and complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Most have en-suite bathrooms and a family room is also available. Free connection to the Internet via WiFi is also included.

In the sitting room you can relax on our comfortable leather armchairs in front of a wood burning stove on colder evenings. We have maps and walking books to help you plan your days out and a selection of boardgames for when you want to stay in and relax.

Breakfast is served in the guest dining room - we offer a full English cooked breakfast made from the best local produce where possible and free range eggs from a local farm. A continental breakfast of cereals, toast, fruit and homemade yoghurt is also available with special dietary requirements catered for by prior arrangement.

The bustling market town of Helston is just ten minutes walk from the guesthouse and the area has many shops, galleries, country pubs and quality restaurants to visit.

Helston is a mixture of Georgian and Victorian architecture, but some buildings such as the thatched building, the Blue Anchor, on Coinagehall Street, was originally a monks' rest house and became a tavern in the 15th century.
