A substantial family house with newly renovated interior (the owner is an interior designer), the house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms. Wonderful gardens, patio and private tennis court and views across the river towards Trevose Head and out to sea.

The house has three twin bedrooms, one double (5ft bed) with ensuite bathroom, one double with 6 x 6.6ft bed. One bathroom with shower, loo and wash basin.

Cloakroom downstairs, loo and shower in wet room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen has an American fridge/freezer, large halogen hob, two ovens, dishwasher and large sink. Granite worktops, masses of storage and underfloor heating. French doors leading from Breakfast room to lovely sunny Patio area with BBQ.
