Lower Trevorgus House is the greater part of an early Georgian slate Cornish farmhouse and Garden Cottage is a two bedroom cottage situated in the garden of the House.

Lower Trevorgus is situated in a quiet location just outside the village of St Merryn. St Merryn is a thriving small village which boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant and is central to several stunning beaches including Harlyn, Constantine, Treyarnon, Trevone and Porthcothan.

It is less than a couple of miles from the Championship Golf course at Trevose.

It is in a perfect location with all the interest and tranquility of the countryside but within a 10-minute drive of the picturesque harbour town of Padstow and 5 minutes to the 7 bays of the North coast.

The main house sleeps 10 and the cottage sleeps 4.

Between mid July and mid September Lower Trevorgus House and Garden Cottage must be booked together: This arrangement provides very flexible accommodation for 2 or 3 families or would be ideal for a family with grandparents or grown up children who could enjoy their own living space by using Garden Cottage.

The large dining table in the House will seat all 14 guests. At other times of the year the House and Garden Cottage may be booked separately. Please note that the access to Garden Cottage is through the garden of the House (which Garden Cottage overlooks).

LOWER TREVORGUS HOUSE

Lower Trevorgus offers light, spacious and contemporary accommodation in a traditional, appealing period property which retains much of the character of the period, including slate-flagged floors, coffered ceilings and open fire.

It is well-suited to winter breaks with gas central heating. The dining room has a large, extendable dining table which will comfortably seat 14 and is ideal for dinner parties. This property has a large well established garden set around a lake, garden furniture and views across open countryside. There is also a pool table in one of the barns. Care must be taken with the lake, which is out of bounds.

Downstairs - Dining room, sitting room, kitchen, WC and laundry room.
First floor - Bunk bed room with 2 sets of 3ft bunk beds that leads into the master double bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC, 1 x twin bedroom, 1 x double bedroom, bathroom with bath and overhead power shower, separate WC. The house sleeps 10 people.

Garden Cottage is a pretty barn conversion in the grounds of Lower Trevorgus House. Garden Cottage was completely refurbished during 2005.
