Lower Trengale is located just twelve miles from Looe on the south coast and is an ideal location to explore Cornwall.

Set in six acres that include lavender fields, tree plantation and a small fishing lake.

The cottages are converted barns with a contemporary finish. Each has its own enclosed garden with access to the large communal garden with play area (swings and slide) and 12ft trampoline. A games room and laundry facilities are available in the courtyard.

Dill Cottage

The smallest of the three cottages can still sleep three people in a double room and a single room, there is ample room also for a temporary bed. There is a bathroom and an additional bed is available to take the capacity to four.

Sage Cottage

Sage cottage can sleep up to four people in a double room and a twin room (with ensuite shower room). There is a bathroom and a z-bed is available to take the capacity to five

Thyme Cottage

Thyme cottage sleeps up to six people in two double rooms (one with ensuite shower room) and two single rooms (one with ensuite showeroom). There is also an additional bathroom.

Lavender Annex

This modern, spacious annexe makes an ideal holiday for a family of 6. It adjoins the main farmhouse and comprises 2 double rooms (1 with ensuite shower room), 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and separate dining room. Comfortably furnished and south facing with own garden, BBQ and spectacular views makes this an ideal holiday location. It has full central heating, Sky TV, pay phone, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher... in fact, all the comforts of home!

Facilities

Everything you would expect from a four star rating. Comfortable and modern in style, three have log burners (Lavender has central heating) offering warmth all year round. The kitchens are fully equipped with full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The 30 channel TV, DVD & VCR together with our video & dvd library providing entertainment. Each has an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbeque, so you can enjoy the warmer months in safety. Sadly the nature of the buildings do not lend themselves to wheelchair access as all have stairs to bedrooms and bathrooms.
We welcome well behaved dogs

Location

From the wild open expanses of Bodmin Moor, with its ancient and industrial archaeology, to the beauty and splendour of the Cornish coast, there is much for the enthusiastic walker or painter. We are located a mile outside the tranquil village, St Neot (near Liskeard) and are within easy reach of many of Cornwall and Devon's attractions such as the Eden Project.
