TARIFF 2007 From £225 to £460 per week Short breaks can be arranged. Our changeover day is Saturday, the earliest arrival time being 4pm and the latest departure time 10am. All beds have duvets and the linen is provided, please bring your own towels. All rooms are bright and airy and have central heating. Outside there is a lawned garden with picnic table, barbeque and washing line. Laundry can been done in our separate laundry room.

Lower Treleggan is peacefully situated off a rural lane half way between Helston and Falmouth, on the northern edge of the Lizard Peninsula.

Once a small dairy farm, it is now a six acre smallholding where we keep chickens and ponies, and grow vegetables.

The local village of Constantine is just a five minute drive or a leisurely half hour walk via the footpaths.

There is a post office and stores, butcher, pub and a late opening general stores. There are many pubs and restaurants in the area some of which are renowned for their excellent food.

Whether you want to spend the day on one of the picturesque sandy beaches or coves, walking through this beautiful countryside or visiting the magnificent gardens of the River Helford Lower Treleggan is a convenient and relaxing base to explore from.

ACCOMMODATION

"The Cottage"' at Lower Trellegan is a converted single-storey granite cow shed set in its own gardens, separate from the main house where we live. There are farmland views from the cottage.

It is approached by its own drive and there is plenty of parking space and a hard area for a boat trailer if required. Well behaved dogs are welcome and our field, which is adjacent to the cottage garden, provides a good exercise area (please note that we have three friendly dogs living here).

The accommodation comprises:

• Sitting room with log burner, TV and video.
• Farmhouse style kitchen/diner with modern oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all essential cookware.
• Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.
• Bedroom 1 with double bed, side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 2 with 3' bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. (We will happily take off the top bunk to accommodate a single adult).
