Lower Penhale is a small traditional stock farm with access to open pastures.

John & Judy Blackwell are delighted to share their newly converted Cornish holiday farmstay with you. This lovely original stone hay barn has been transformed into a spacious two bedroom dwelling with many original features.

Home from home, everything has been finished to a high standard for your relaxation and enjoyment. It has an open plan living area upstairs, together with two bedrooms (one en-suite) downstairs, a family bathroom and its own private secluded garden.

ACCOMMODATION

The kitchen is equipped with a traditional wood burning range, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

There is a large dining table and a log burning stove together with full central heating if you visit in the winter months.

The main bedroom has a king size double bed and an en-suite toilet and basin.

The second bedroom has twin beds and there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. A travel cot can be provided.

The bathroom has high quality fixtures and fittings.

The decking area looks over the private garden and beyond to open countryside. Provided is a BBQ . Perfect to relax in the Summer evenings.

Lower Penhale Farm is located on the outskirts of St Keyne near Liskeard in South East Cornwall and nearby to the popular resorts of Looe and Polperro.

Close to the Eden Project , Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor.
