MOUSEHOLE & WEST CORNWALL
Nestled on the hillside this traditional mid terraced Victorian
house provides superb views front to the rear with bay windows in both
the lounge and master bedroom. Lowen Chy has accommodation over 3 floors,
sleeping 5 within the 3 bedrooms. With the benefit of double glazing and
heating via night storage heaters, panel radiators and an open fire within
the lounge Lowen Chy is the perfect choice all year round.
Lowen Chy is located within the historic fishing village
of Mousehole in West Cornwall. The village is believed to date back to
the 16th Century with much of the older parts being in the Conservation
Area. There is still a fleet of small fishing boats, which work from the
harbour. During the Christmas Period the "Harbour Lights" bring a spectacular
transformation to the village.
West Cornwall offers something for everyone whatever the
weather! The property is only a short distance from the Coastal Path,
which offers beautiful walks and bird watching. For those interested in
"The Arts" the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno offers open-air entertainment
during the summer months. There is also a wealth of Galleries in the area
with the most popular being the Tate in St Ives.
There are many other attractions within the County including
industrial museums and attractions, The National Seal Sanctuary and the
world renowned Eden Project.
