'Lowena' and 'Kevran' holiday apartments are part of a small modern development hidden away in a secluded valley on the seaward side of Carbis Bay and are situated approximately 1¼ miles from the centre of St. Ives.

The apartments are a short walk to the soft, golden sandy beach and the Cornish Coastal Path and provide an ideal location for visitors wishing to discover all the magical places that West Cornwall has to offer.

Inside the apartments themselves, patio doors from the lounge open up onto a balcony overlooking the large private garden to the rear and from both the lounge and the bedroom; there are magnificent sea and coastal views over St. Ives Bay beyond Porth Kidney sands towards Gwithian Towans and Godrevy Lighthouse.

Access down to the beach is through a small gate to the side of the garden. A private path takes you on a short walk through a wooded glade to the soft sands of Carbis Bay beach.
