This elegant grade II listed building was built in 1830's past owners included the church a banker also a family who decided to change the use from private home to guesthouse.

The present owners Tom and Rita Kruge have been at the Lombard house since March 1995 during this time they have totally refurbished the house to an excellent standard, with quality furnishings and fabrics. Taking care to retain all the charm, elegance, and atmosphere of a Georgian house. A very peaceful and relaxing environment.

Lombard house is set on a quite south facing terrace overlooking the bay and promenade only 60 meters away. The centre of town is only five minutes walk away. There are many excellent places to eat with prices to suit all.

The Scillonian ferry terminal is nearby as is the bus and rail station. The heliport is approximately a ten to 15 minute drive We have a very good cinema here in Penzance also the ever popular Acorn Theatre. The town has a wonderful leisure centre.
