Situated in a quiet Cul-de-Sac just off the Rock Road. Little Thrift is the ideal holiday retreat.

Recently refurbished to a high standard Little Thrift is close all the amenities the area has to offer. The local shops are very close by so there is no need to get the car to go shopping for essential supplies.

Accommodation

Little thrift has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms have twin beds. The bathroom comprises bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

The kitchen, lounge and Dining Room are separate at Little Thrift. All have been equipped with goods of a high standard. The kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer and crockery and cutlery for 10 people. Plus all the usual pots and pans to enable you to cook up a feast.

The dining area has seating for six people and the living room has a T.V, Video, D.V.D and stereo. Patio There is a patio at the back of the house and also a seating area in the centre of the garden, this area is partly shaded and ideal for dining al fresco on lazy summer evenings.

Little Thrift has two gardens, one enclosed garden at the back of the house and an open front garden. The back garden is safe for children and dogs, as it has gates and fencing on both sides of the house. The front garden is fully open, with a small wall.

A laundry and cleaning service is available.

POLZEATH AND ROCK

The beaches on the shores of the Camel Estuary can be easily accessed by foot in safety by a route which involves crossing only one main road. Once there you can sail, water-ski, take the ferry to Padstow or just enjoy the beautiful beaches and relax.

Rock is situated on the North bank of the Camel Estuary and is a well known family holiday retreat.

For the water sport enthusiasts among us there is plenty do in the harbour, whether that be sailing, water skiing, surfing or just simply swimming.

You can also relax on the beach or alternatively walk on one of the many coastal paths in the area that lead you on some fantastic walks through the Cornish countryside.

If you like to travel further a field, then you can take a trip across to Padstow on the ferry, famous for it's May Day 'Obby Oss' and Rick Steins 'fish restaurant', this busy fishing town is a hive of activity with plenty to do and see.

From Padstow or Wadebridge you can also cycle or walk along the Camel Trail. This follows the line of the old Great Western Railway and goes from Padstow through the thriving market town of Wadebridge and then on to Wenford Bridge near Bodmin Moor.
