This charming little apartment forms part of the owner's house which sits high on a south facing hill overlooking Mounts Bay and the majestic St. Michael's Mount with its fairytale castle.

Completely renovated for the ensuing season, Little Haven is an extremely comfortable, well appointed apartment which benefits from a small private patio area with pretty pot plants and those fabulous views of the bay! -

Although located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, a gate from the enclosed rear patio area means that within minutes you can be strolling along the golden sands of the bay, (the walk back may take slightly longer!)

The ancient charter town of Marazion has numerous shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants all of which are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Little Haven is an ideal location for those who require a quiet, relaxing and very comfortable holiday.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through rear patio and three steps to double aspect doors and open plan
Lounge/dining and kitchen area: Comfortable armchair seating, colour TV, DVD player. Dining table and chairs
Kitchen area: Fully fitted units, electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge with freezer compartment, small spin dryer.
Bedroom: Twin beds which can be put together to form a kind size double, additional furniture.
Bathroom: Fully tiled with bath, fitted electric shower and screen, basin & WC.

Outside: Pretty enclosed patio area, suitable garden furniture. Parking for one car at the rear of the property.
