Situated at Trenance, a small hamlet overlooking Mawgan Porth Bay, half way between Newquay and Padstow on the North Cornwall Coast within a short distance of the National Trust area of Bedruthan Steps. These two tastefully furnished studio apartments each sleep two people (double bed).

Ideal for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The apartments are both situated on the ground floor making access easy for visitors of all ages. Whether you enjoy walking, swimming, surfing, golf or just lazing about, Trenance is a good location to take your vacation.

All these amenities are available locally. The bustling holiday resort of Newquay is approximately 6 miles away renowned for its many surfing beaches.

Padstow (about 6 miles the other way) boasts a beautiful fishing harbour, a host of eating establishments including the famous Padstow Fish Restaurant owned by Rick Stein. You can take a trip on the many boats that leave the harbour and view the nearby islands or take the ferry across the Camel Estuary to the sailing resort of Rock.

We are within 10 minutes of Newquay Airport where there are daily flights to and from numerous British Airports. Pick up and car hire can be arranged.

Little Gem I This is a compact unit with separate bedroom. Converted on cottage style open plan basis. Benefiting from full double glazing and gas central heating. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area including full cooker, microwave and refrigerator. Lounge area has colour television with freeview and DVD player. All bed linen and towels supplied (excluding beach towels)

Little Gem II This is the larger of the two apartments. Also con­converted on cottage style open plan basis. Benefiting from full double glazing and gas central heating.
