This self-catering cottage is situated directly next door to The Bluff Centre. There is off road parking for 1 – 2 cars. The surfing beach of Trebarwith Strand is 5 minutes walk down the footpath directly outside the property (a bit longer to come back up the hill!)

Ideal for beach holidays, there is storage for surf boards, and outside tap to hose down wet suits, a washing line for drying them, and a garden for après surf sun-bathing and barbeques!

The property is centrally heated throughout, and provides a cosy retreat in the colder months, where you can enjoy the beauty and wildness of this unspoilt part of the North Cornish Coast. Being adjacent to the coastal path, it is an excellent base for walking holidays.

Designed to sleep 6 in 3 double bedrooms, Little Bluff offers further flexibility by having futons also available. In 2009, the cottage was totally refurbished (using the colours which have proved so popular in The Bluff Centre), and is beautifully presented with some lovely art work.

ACCOMMODATION

Downstairs accommodation comprises:

Kitchen: The large, bright, kitchen will cater for all your holiday needs. Electric hob & oven; fridge; microwave; toaster; kettle; and all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. that you will need.
Living / Dining room: Enjoying fantastic views out over the cliffs & countryside, the lower half of this room is arranged as a dining room with hatch directly through to the kitchen. There is a large dining table (ample room for 6 – 8, which can be extended to seat even more!) with seating. The upper half of the room is a cosy sitting room. There is a large flat screen TV with free sat and DVD. A wood burning stove makes it extra cosy in cold weather. There are 2 double futons to allow for extra guests. The room leads to a small porch with direct access to the garden at the back of the property.

Located in its own private garden, with access to 9 acres of cliff land grounds at The Bluff Centre next door, Little Bluff has easy access to the popular surfing beach of Trebarwith Strand, and direct access to the Coastal Path with beautiful walks in either direction.
