The unique reverse level accommodation features an upstairs living area with spacious galleried lounge and separate double-bedded sleeping area (please note that the upper floor is open plan and more suited to single family occupancy).

The ground floor comprises a bedroom with full-sized bunk beds, bathroom (shower, basin & WC) and a large kitchen/dining room opening onto a private patio garden with uninterrupted views. Adjacent is private parking for two or more cars.

Trefula lies in central West Cornwall between the principal towns of Truro and Redruth near the village of St Day. Both the south coast with its harbours and fishing villages and the north coast with its miles of surfing beaches and magnificent cliffs are close by.

We are well positioned for visiting Cornwall's famous gardens, National Trust properties and popular attractions such as the Eden Project, Goonhilly Earth Station, Flambard's Theme Park, St Ives Tate and the National Maritime Museum. Bodmin Moor, Land's End, the Lizard Peninsula and the Helford river are all within easy reach.
