Little Tredowan is a newly built annex to the
main House but is completely self-contained, with its' own
entrance, garden and patio.
It is situated in Church Lane, leading off
Daymer Lane within 500 metres of Daymer Bay beach and St.
Enodoc Golf Course.
Trebetherick village, where Sir John Betjeman
spent much of his time in Cornwall, centres around the lovely
sandy beach known as Daymer Bay. Edged by St. Enodoc golf
course, the beach is a sanctuary for children who can swim,
paddle or fish in the rock pools.
The coastal footpath can be directly accessed
and leads to Polzeath (famed for its surfing) to the north
and Rock (famed for its' sailing and golf) to the South. The
attractive market town of Wadebridge is seven miles by road
and boasts the famous Camel Trail and a host of excellent
shops, bistros and pavement cafes.
Little Tredowan enjoys views of the Camel Estuary
from the first floor and once here you can forget the car
and walk to the beach in two minutes.
It is comprehensively equipped for four persons
which is the maximum permitted, although there is space for
a cot in the main bedroom.
We regret that NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.
