A quiet and secluded spot at the end of a country lane located between Helston and Penzance in South West Cornwall

Centrally placed for access to local attractions and north and south coasts, it also has miles of walks from its doorstep.

ACCOMMODATION

Downstairs there are oak doors, exposed beams, wooden floors, underfloor heating, comfortable 5’ king size bed and a modern en suite wet room with high quality shower.

Upstairs in the living area there is a nightstore heater and we have installed a Norwegian log burner, television, dvd and mini hifi.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave and a dishwasher and is fully equipped for self catering. Freezer in the separate utility room

This light and airy room has a little Juliet balcony overlooking Tregonning Hill that is a designated Special Area of Conservation.

Guests will have a private garden for their own exclusive use where they can sit out or have barbecues ( sun loungers, chairs and barbecue provided).

Clothes washing and drying facilities in an adjoining outbuilding. Convenient parking. Views over surrounding countryside and miles of public footpath and bridleway walks from the doorstep.

LOCATION

Centrally placed for exploring from the Eden Project to Lands End, approximately one hour’s drive.

The Tate Gallery, St. Michael’s Mount, Trevarno Gardens, the historic Godolphin House and the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth are all within a 30 minutes’ drive.

Helford River estuary, Falmouth Bay and Mounts Bay sailing areas are all within 30 minutes’ drive.
