The interior is full of character with some great features including slate floors, granite worktops in the kitchen, exposed beams and a brand new stylish bathroom.

The décor is rustic yet contemporary with fabulous attention to detail and all your needs have been thought of to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and restful as possible.

Little Tides is small but cosy and provides the perfect romantic retreat for couples whether you are looking for a winter weekend getaway or a summer holiday in which to enjoy the stunning north Cornish coastline.

Holiday home comprises:-

Downstairs: Open plan living area with dining room and kitchen. Bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Upstairs: Galleried double bedroom with velux windows.

Access statement: From the lane outside there is one small step up inside followed by 3 steps down. The downstairs is all on one level with 10 steps leading up to the bedroom.

Outside: This property has no allocated outside space but there is private access to the beach and boat park.

Linen and Towels provided. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

Location

As this property is located at the end of a private drive on an organic dairy and shellfish farm, the owners also provide complimentary camel estuary mussels and oysters which are purified on site.

The property is just metres from the beach and within an easy walk of Rock and its restaurants/cafes plus the ferry to Padstow.
