Little Cobbetts, converted from the stables and barns of a Victorian house is a lovely semi-detached cottage tastefully converted into a delightful holiday home of quality and style with everything designed to make your holiday accommodation care-free. It's the ideal hideaway and perfect retreat tucked on the edge of the moor yet within ten minutes easy walk of the local town with its banks, restaurants, pubs and riverside park and ten minutes drive to the spectacular scenery of the rugged North Cornwall Coast.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Entrance hall with cloakroom and WC. leading into living space, open plan lounge /diner with kitchen at the far end. First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed and TV. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (top 3ft and lower 4ft). Bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment, WC and washbasin.

Discover Cornwall's heritage: King Arthur's castle [Tintagel], Lanhydrock [N. T] the houses of Pencarrow and Prideaux Place are within an easy reach. Explore hidden North Cornwall, its coves and beaches and the delightful fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac. Padstow, Rock and Bude are nearby. Enjoy the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the world famous Eden Project to name just two of the many fabulous Cornish gardens open to the public..

For the children: huge choice of activity parks designed to keep them happy and tire them out, such as Killarney Springs, which has animals to feed, a boating lake and a commando course!

Activities: Golf, cycle hire and trails, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, riding and micro-lighting on our door step to name but a few!
