Detached and tastefully converted barn of great character with exposed beams and its own private garden with wonderful views across the valley and to Mounts Bay. The owner, a local artist, generously shares with the guests the 4 acres of woodland and gardens surrounding the property.

Local points of interest are:-

• Riding stables within walking distance.
• Golf in Lelant - 15 minutes drive.
• Bird watching - Marazion marshes, Lelant estuary and Zennor/Penwith moors.
• Iron Age site of Chycauster.
• Walking - extensive coastal paths and numerous listed local walks
• Pubs - Three within walking distance.

Accommodation comprises

Half glazed door into kitchen/lounge with exposed beams, views from windows on three sides, slate floor. Neff ceramic hob (double) built-in Baumatic eye-level cooker, microwave, fridge, plenty of cupboard space. Comfortable two seater sette & tub chair, coffee table, colour TV, DVD.

Upstairs to: Double bedroom - enjoys extensive views over the valley and beyond to the sea. Two large windows on either side and Velux windows in the lofty beamed ceiling make this room light and airy. Pine double bed, fitted wardrobe plus additional hanging space in the airing cupboard.

Bathroom ensuite with shower over bath. W.C. and wash hand basin.

Electric heating. Private garden with BBQ area and patio seating. Private parking area. Linen and electric are included in the rental.

The Cabin is a Finnish Log Cabin of considerable charm, set in a 1½ acre woodland plot. It is part of the owner's 4 acre estate of mature woodland and wild valley. It is located well away from the owner's property and Little Barn

This is a quality pine log cabin with outside decked area, table and chairs for alfresco meals and enjoying fabulous views over rolling countryside and from the garden, the sea.

A real "back to nature" experience offering quality accommodation for two.
