its own private garden with wonderful views across the valley and to Mounts
Bay. The owner, a local artist, generously shares with the guests the
4 acres of woodland and gardens surrounding the property.
Situated mid-way between Penzance and St. Ives and set in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a wild valley it is ideal either for exploring the local countryside and walks or simply relaxing on a choice of glorious beaches.

- Riding stables within walking distance.
- Golf in Lelant - 15 minutes drive.
- Bird watching - Marazion marshes, Lelant estuary and Zennor/Penwith moors.
- Iron Age site of Chycauster.
- Walking - extensive coastal paths and numerous listed local walks

Upstairs to: Double bedroom - enjoys extensive views over the valley and beyond to the sea. Two large windows on either side and Velux windows in the lofty beamed ceiling make this room light and airy. Pine double bed, fitted wardrobe plus additional hanging space in the airing cupboard.
Bathroom ensuite with shower over bath. W.C. and wash hand basin.
Electric heating. Private garden with BBQ area and patio seating. Private parking area. Linen and electric are included in the rental.
