During your stay you can unwind in one of our twelve en-suite bedrooms. Each has a unique character of its own, with many providing beautiful views of the countryside that surrounds you. Every room has a remote controlled colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a choice of double, twin or family rooms available.
In addition to this we also have two beautiful, well equipped Self-catering Suites for those wishing for a longer stay.We have two rooms that have ground floor access, one of which is also wheelchair friendly with full facilities.

For the fisherman, Coarse fishing permits are available from us for the local reservoir and the many local beaches offer very popular Sea fishing.

For golfing guests there are three golf courses nearby, with the world famous St. Mellion Golf Club slightly further afield.
We are only a short drive form the many attractions of the city of Plymouth and the county of Devon. Plymouth invites you to wander the narrow historic streets of the Barbican, enjoy the best of live theatre at the Theatre Royal and be amazed at the National Marine Aquarium.
Within an hours drive the world famous Eden Project sits deep within an old Cornish China Clay pit and further west the 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' wait to be found.
Closer still, Mount Edgcumbe with its hundreds of acres of landscaped gardens overlooking Plymouth Sound and Cawsand Bay will appeal to you, your children and your pets.
The nearby picturesque coastal villages of Kingsand, Cawsand, Looe and Polperro beckon you to walk their narrow streets and savour the sea views.
