Lerryn Cottage has amazing panoramic views over the River Fowey from all the gardens and nearly every room. It is a stones throw away from the local shop and a short walk to the local pub/restaurant The Ship Inn, Lerryn.

Lerryn Cottage is within 15 minutes drive to the popular fishing ports of Looe, Polperro and Fowey and with famous attractions like The Eden Project and National Trust properties less than 20 minutes away, it really is the perfect base to explore Cornwall.

Situated in the heart of Lerryn, this traditionally constructed cottage is surrounded by large attractive gardens offering unique views of the river & village life.

Lerryn Cottage provides space to roam and somewhere to sit and contemplate, a seat by the river, a meal outside, a walk in the woodlands, just the place to relax and re-charge.

Superbly renovated, the self catering holiday cottage has great style, yet in keeping with all the charms of a traditional country cottage. Exposed wooden beams, a traditional ray-burn, Cornish rustic walls……this cottage is the perfect setting for people who want to experience everything that Cornwall has to offer. Sleeping up to 10 people comfortably (2 twins, 3 doubles), Lerryn cottage is the perfect place for a family or friends gathering. Lerryn cottage is just yards from the river, the popular Ship Inn, local village shop, Post Office and village green.

Ground Floor
The front door opens into a large open plan living room with exposed beams. It is fitted with a 32’ Panasonic flat screen television with sky and a DVD player. This leads onto the dining room, which will seat 10 people. Step up to a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional Rayburn Off this is a utilities room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Steps down to a spacious family bathroom with shower and bath.

First Floor
The stairs from the living room lead up to the 1st floor comprising of 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has French doors leading out into the garden, also equipped with tv and sky.

Gardens
The large gardens surrounding Lerryn cottage have a new decking area, which offers a fantastic place to sit and relax or BBQ after a busy day discovering Cornwall, whilst taking in the fantastic view of the River Fowey.
