The Golfer is spoilt for choice with 8 courses within easy reach, the area also offers horse riding, sea fishing, river and lake fishing. Blisland, one of Cornwall's most picturesque villages is in a designated area of outstanding beauty. The village green is surrounded by Granite Cottages, The village Inn, Post office shop and Church. Blisland is tucked away just off the moor, if chanced upon stay and linger. If not seek it out. There are many walks and country lanes to cycle. Spring and Autumn at Lavethan is for those lovers of Cornwall who appreciate the colourful landscapes, sunsets and wildlife at a time when the roads are relatively traffic free and access to all parts of the county is easy.
